Payment Terms:
At Edook, we cater to diverse tuition requirements, which means payment terms may vary depending on the type of tuition. Specific terms will be communicated to you when assigning a tutor or student. Below are the general payment guidelines:
Offline Tuitions:
- For offline tuition, Edook collects the first month’s fee directly from parents.
- From the second month onwards, parents can pay the full fee directly to the respective tutor.
Online Tuitions & Select Offline Tuitions:
- For all online tuitions and certain offline tuitions, Edook collects the fee each month directly from parents and pays tutors from our end.
- In such cases, parents are not required to pay any fees directly to the tutor. Specific cases will be discussed beforehand.
Payment Schedule:
- Payment is to be made in advance during the first week of each month, after 1-2 classes of that month.
- This is the default term for both online and offline tuitions.
Account Details:
- Payment details for Edook’s account will be provided to parents once the tuition arrangement is finalized.
Tutor Payments:
- For tutors falling under Point 2, Edook ensures payment at the start/end of each month, as discussed while assigning the tuition.
Mid-Month Start or Adjustments:
- If tuition begins mid-month or on a random date, the start date can be considered the payment date. Adjustments may also be made to align with a monthly cycle (e.g., 1st to 1st of each month).
These terms ensure clarity and transparency for all parties involved. For any specific queries, feel free to connect with us.
